Why personal training?
Taking up personal training with me is a very good idea for anyone who wants to start going to the gym, has been going to the gym for quite some time already but is not seeing any proper results, or just anyone who wants to try a more effective, more fun, and more science based approach to fitness.
It doesn’t matter if you want to shred some of your belly fat, get an extra inch on your biceps, increase your squat by 30 kilos, you’re an athlete who wants to train for a specific sport or just want to keep you body fit, healthy and in a good condition. Each and every of our personal training classes is designed to achieve your specific goals.
During our personal training classes I will be more than happy to answer all of your fitness and nutrition related questions, or to discuss any thoughts about motivation and life in general. I will teach you the principles of training programming, training periodisation, the anatomy of the human body and functions of each of the muscles used.
Our trainings will not be stale, but thanks to the training variability you will start enjoying your time spent in the gym and I promise you will feel proud of yourself the day after when your body will feel sore, because you will know that you’ve accomplished a lot the day before.
