I made this video to help those who are just starting their fitness journey or are thinking about it, and don’t want to make the common beginner fitness mistakes.

I will be talking about doing too much cardio, not warming up & not stretching, being scared of compound movements, poor technique, relying on supplements, neglecting nutrition and training without a plan in mind.

I hope this video will prevent at least some of you of doing these basic fitness mistakes, so that you don’t hinder your progress.
