In today’s video I explain 4 different movement patterns for the abs. Because there is much more to the abs than just the rectus abdominis. The other major abdominal muscles are the transversus abdominis and the internal and external obliques. And let’s not even get started on what falls under the muscles of the core as a whole.

With these techniques I hope you will be able to target the specific areas of your abs which you want to work on much more easily and your six pack workouts will become more effective.
